At WuwuAlice, every candle is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely, charged with the same energy it was crafted with.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the Continental United States only (48 contiguous states + Washington D.C.).
We do not ship to:
- Alaska (AK)
- Hawaii (HI)
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- Guam (GU)
- U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
- American Samoa (AS)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at witch@wualice.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
