1. What are the two ways to use a ritual candle, and which option should I choose?
We offer two service options: a Candle-Burning Ritual Performed on Your Behalf and a Consecrated Candle Shipped to You. You can choose the option that best suits your schedule, personal needs, and preferred way of participating.
Option 1: Candle-Burning Ritual Performed on Your Behalf
With this option, we complete the ritual for you in our dedicated ritual space.
Based on the candle theme you select and the personal intention you submit, we will prepare the candle, cleanse the ritual space and materials, set the intention, and carry out the complete candle-burning ritual.
You do not need to perform any steps yourself, and there are no shipping fees. During the ritual, we will take corresponding photos or short video clips and send them to you after the ritual has been completed as your personal record.
When a candle-burning interpretation is included in your order, we will also provide a symbolic reference reading based on the candle’s burning patterns and final condition.
This option is suitable for customers who do not have enough time, do not have a safe or appropriate space for burning candles, or prefer to have the complete ritual process performed with our assistance.
Option 2: Consecrated Candle Shipped to You
The candle you receive is not an ordinary, ready-made candle. Before shipping, we cleanse, consecrate, and set the intention of the candle according to its specific ritual theme. It is then carefully packaged and shipped to you.
After receiving the candle, you will be provided with clear instructions covering preparation before lighting, how to write your intention, the lighting process, important safety precautions, and how to handle the remaining materials after the ritual.
Even without previous ritual experience, you can complete the process by following the instructions provided.
This option is suitable for customers who wish to personally participate in the ritual, light the candle in their own space, and experience the complete process themselves. Shipping fees will apply according to the delivery destination.
Both options use ritual candles prepared according to the same standards. The main difference is that, with the performed-for-you option, we complete the ritual on your behalf and no shipping fee is required. With the shipped option, you receive the consecrated candle and perform the ritual yourself by following the provided instructions.
Whichever option you choose, we will carefully verify your order information, protect your privacy, and complete the necessary preparations according to your selected ritual theme.
Ritual candles are intended for personal belief, spiritual support, and ceremonial experience. We do not guarantee results within a fixed period of time or promise that any specific real-life outcome will occur.
2. How can I confirm that the ritual was actually performed for me?
Before beginning the ritual, we verify your order information and selected ritual theme.
During the ritual, we take personalized photos or short video clips based on the contents of your order. These records will be sent to you after completion, making the process more transparent and allowing you to confirm that your ritual was performed.
To protect customer privacy, any cases displayed publicly will have names, birth dates, photographs, and other personally identifiable information hidden.
3. Does every customer receive the same video?
No. The ritual record you receive will correspond to your own order, candle, and selected ritual theme.
Because every candle may burn differently, and because the flame, wax, wick, and ritual arrangement can vary, each ritual record will be different.
4. Can a ritual candle guarantee that my wish will come true?
No. Ritual candles are intended for personal belief, spiritual support, and ceremonial experience. They cannot guarantee that a specific result will occur, and they should not replace real-life communication, practical action, medical care, legal advice, therapy, or other professional support.
We complete every ritual with care and attention. However, the final outcome may be influenced by many factors, including personal choices, real-life circumstances, the relationship between the people involved, and changes over time.
Any claim of a “100% success rate” or a guaranteed result within a specific period of time is irresponsible.
5. How long does it take to notice changes after the ritual?
Every person and situation is different, so there is no standard timeframe.
Some customers may first notice changes in their emotions, mindset, confidence, or behavior, while others may need more time before observing progress in their external circumstances.
After the ritual, we recommend continuing with your normal daily life. Repeatedly testing the outcome, constantly checking for signs, or focusing too intensely on the result may increase anxiety rather than support a calm and positive experience.
6. How do you protect my privacy?
We take customer privacy very seriously.
The name, birth date, photographs, relationship details, and intentions you submit are used only to process your order and complete the corresponding ritual. This information will not be casually disclosed, sold, or shared with unrelated third parties.
Without your clear permission, we will not publicly share any information that could be used to identify you.
7. Will I receive an interpretation after the candle has finished burning?
When a candle-burning interpretation is included in your order, we will provide a symbolic reference reading based on the candle’s final condition and burning process.
This may include observations regarding the stability of the flame, remaining wax, the condition of the wick, and other visible burning patterns.
The interpretation is symbolic in nature and is provided for personal reflection and ritual reference. It should not be treated as a guaranteed prediction or professional advice.
