Return & Refund Policy

At WuZuo Alice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund options.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must not be damaged by the customer.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Candles that have been lit or burned.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@wuwualice.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
